Paralegal and Legal Studies

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to: 

1. Manage modern law offices through the use of technology,  and robust time management skills

2. Understand the legal process and fundamental concepts of substantive areas of law

3. Perform legal research and writing at a level sufficient to enter the paralegal profession

4. Communicate effectively using legal terminology

5. Apply paralegal and attorney code of ethics to situations typically encountered by paralegals
