NUR 111B
This course focuses on basic human needs. It emphasizes the care of people threatened by simple homeostatic deviances that interfere with basic human needs. Students are introduced to the nursing process and clinical judgment model as they develop basic nursing skills in the clinical setting. Evening and weekend hours are used for clinical instruction. Students must receive satisfactory result on their clinical evaluation to progress in the program. An instructional support fee applies. Prerequisites: NURS111A with a C+ (77) or better.
